Do think this could relive some suction/clicking sounds that can be heard after finishing about 50% of sentences when I speak? I had disc replacement surgery in my neck at the beginning of 2020, and wonder if the throat manipulation might have caused this. I never really realized it until tonight. I had to do a video audition, and could r believe how often and how pronounced the sound was. This is definitely annoying and might end up being an issue.

I have my hyoid touching the Adam’s apple on the left side, and hurts every time I swallow cause they push each other, while the right side, there’s a space between them that It can even fit my fingertip, and I don’t feel any pain, the hyoid its kinda in diagonal position, the left side down and right side up, and at the same time the hyoid is slightly rotated to the left The Adam’s apple is also on the left side slightly lifted and the right side slightly down, so I’m not sure where the problem starts, I feel a little bit when speaking too, and singing hight notes is almost impossible because the pain, but if I turn my head left and swallow or speak I don’t feel pain anymore, only when looking straight or to the right. I don’t know if it’s related but every time I turn my head to the right I hear 8 clicks behind my neck almost on the head and 8 clicks when turning back to the center, it pretty annoying because I hear it loud inside my head, but its okay, years ago I couldn’t accept I would hears this noise forever every time I look to the right but yeah doesn’t hurt, but people around me in a quite place think I just broke some bones when they hear.. anyway probably its not related, I don’t care about fixing the noise anymore, but the hyoid touching the adam’s apple hurt a lot, anyone knows what is this?
